How is my security and privacy protected?

The app only has email-send permission while you're using it - it cannot read your inbox or perform other actions. The auth token expires every 1-2 hours, and credentials are stored only in your browser. Since everything happens locally, your data (contacts, emails and send history) will never be sent to any external server.

Will my bulk emails be marked as spam?

Emails are sent from your own Gmail account, so they're treated like regular personal emails. A few hundred to a few thousand emails are usually fine, but sending identical content repeatedly may trigger spam filters. To reduce the risk, send in smaller batches and personalize your emails with template variables.

How many emails can I send at once?

Send Bulk Email itself has no limits, but Gmail allows up to 500 emails per day. If you need to send more, spread them across multiple days.

Right now you can use text formatting (headings, subheadings) and attach images and files. Full HTML email editing is on the way — coming in an upcoming release!
