1.1 The Software does not have a backend server. No personal information is transmitted to or stored on any server operated by the author.
1.2 The Software does not require account registration or login. However, you may optionally connect your Google account via OAuth to send emails through the Gmail API (see Section 5).
1.3 The Software does not collect, transmit, or store your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information.

2.1 All information you enter into the Software — including email recipient lists, email body content, templates, and any other user-provided data — is stored exclusively on your local device.
2.2 The author has no access to any data stored locally on your device.
2.3 You are solely responsible for the security and management of your locally stored data.

3.1 The Software may use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to collect anonymous, de-identified usage statistics.

4.1 The Software allows you to send emails through your own email service provider (e.g., Gmail via SMTP). The Software does not intercept, store, or relay your email credentials or email content through any intermediary server.

5.1 Data Accessed: When you connect your Google account, the Software accesses your Gmail sending capability through the Gmail API. This includes your email address and the ability to send emails on your behalf. No other Google user data (such as contacts, calendar, or drive files) is accessed.
5.2 Data Usage: Your Google user data is used solely to send emails as instructed by you through the Software. The Software does not analyze, profile, or process your Google data for any purpose other than sending the emails you compose.
5.3 Data Sharing: Your Google user data is never shared with any third parties. The Software operates entirely on your local device and does not transmit your Google credentials or email content to any server operated by the author or any other party.
5.4 Data Storage & Protection: Google OAuth tokens are stored exclusively on your local device. The Software does not store your Google password. Tokens are used only to authenticate with Google's API and are never transmitted to any external server.
5.5 Data Retention & Deletion: Google OAuth tokens are retained on your local device only while you choose to keep them. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your Google account within the Software or by visiting your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon revocation, all stored tokens are removed from your device.

6.1 The Software is not directed at children under the age of 13.
6.2 Since the Software does not collect any personal information, no data from children is knowingly collected.

7.1 The author reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time.
7.2 Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
7.3 Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
